Issue with Mobile Drop Down Lists Feature

An item is added to the stock issue at the Issue Details form. When you use the Mobile Drop Down Lists feature the location drop-down list will be populated with all the inventory locations for the item scanned. When you select a location, the UOM drop-down list will be populated with a list of available units of measure for the item in that location.

To add an item for issue when using the mobile drop-down lists feature, refer to the steps below.

1. Item field: scan or enter the item for issue.
2. After the item is validated, the cursor appears in the Location field.
3. Location field: enter the item or select it from the drop-down list:

4. The location drop-down list contains the location-quantity for each site-location that contains this item in inventory. Select the location from the list.
5. Once the location is selected, the location is entered in the Location field.
6. Qty field: enter the issue quantity.
7. UOM field (multiple units of measure ON for the division only): enter the unit of measure for the item or select it from the drop-down list.

8. Click the Save icon to save this item to the order.
